Raw anything diet is retarded, good job avoiding it.

- Ruminant meat (beef, lamb)
- Ruminant organs (liver, heart, kidney)
- Eggs
- Cooked leafy greens
- Fruits (berries, avocado, vitamin C fruits like oranges or kiwis, pomegranate)
- Seafood (salmon, sardines, mackerel, oysters, clams, mussels)
- Dairy (kefir, yogurt, whole milk, cheese)

Other sources of protein like nuts, seeds, chicken, pork, I personally like to avoid, generally not very nutrient dense, nuts have some degree of anti-nutrients (macadamias are fine), and they're high in omega-6, but if you tolerate these foods you can include them. Generally try to track your micronutrients or at least eat mostly whole foods which you know are nutrient dense, try to avoid inflammatory foods or ones that cause gut distress.

You can also include rice (white, cooked), potatoes, sweet potatoes, honey, and other grains (I mean not ideal, but it's fine if you tolerate them), to fill in your carbohydrate requirements for the day. Make sure you're consuming plenty of fat (25-40% of your daily intake) and enough protein (0.8-1g/lb of body weight).

Obviously, stay away from seed oils or processed foods. Potentially supplement with magnesium and vitamin d3+k2.

eat your parasite filled raw meat in hopes to gain bone mass and call others “brainwashed” low iq sub
"parasite filled" extremely low risk of getting a parasite from eating the most healthy food (hint, raw vegetables have even higher risks)

Does someone's crimes completely invalidate someone's opinions? Not always, but it does raise some question about their mental faculties and the advice they give to others.

- Being anti exercise is another one of the reasons why Goatis is braindead. I'm 100% convinced all the parasites got to his brain and started manipulating his behavior to try and promote their proliferation so they can dominate the human race, no other explanation.

- Eating raw foods doesn't have any significant benefit. You may get some extra B vitamins and vitamin C, but no one struggles to get those on a healthy diet either way.

- In many aspects raw animal products are actually less nutritionally-dense, yes, you may preserve some of the heat-sensitive nutrients (which btw isn't even a very significant decrease), but you're not factoring the fact that the absorption of them then becomes much harder. Cooked foods are easier to digest and utilize.

- You can get a parasite or bacterial infection from a "healthy" animal, the state and health of the animal does have importance, even when eating food cooked, but there are 1000 different sources of entry through which food can become contaminated other than the animal itself. Also, btw, there's no way to tell if a "healthy" animal is completely clean regardless.

You risk a very nasty foodborne illness over a few extra vitamins (which again, no one struggles to get on a healthy diet), not smart at all.

you can also get these illnesses from vegetables and fruits etc... and the risk is higher?

** also someone's physique isn't really a testament to their health. Btw Goatis got himself in the hospital a couple of times because of his dumbass diet, another example of how you again, can't tell whether something is really clean or not. You're gambling with your food over nothing.

Models and bodybuilders look "good" too, but that does not mean they're healthy. A good physique just takes good genetics, training, leanness and getting in some protein.

yeah bodybuilders do not look good, and model bodys are sometimes also not, goatis obviously has a great physique from only diet, that kinda just proves it works, also... notice how your only arguments are about "parasites" and bacterias?:lul:

Where exactly did you get from that the risk of infection from fruits or vegetables is higher? (A proper scientific source, not some retards TikTok video)

Contaminated fruits and veggies usually happen because of water, the soil or handling (on a related note, this is also why your "healthy animal food" can become contaminated as well). However, washing fruits and vegetables lowers the risk drastically, something you cannot do with meat.

Usually we eat fruits and veggies fresh, and sometimes even remove the skin, I personally like to also cook all vegetables I eat for increased nutrition, much lower risk. Since fruits and vegetables are eaten fresh and quickly they don't get much time to grow dangerous levels of bacteria, something you cannot say for meat/fish.

PLUS, you cannot compare the foodborne illness you can get from an apple to the one you can get from raw meat, either way getting a parasite or infection is nasty, but the ones found in raw animal products are much more problematic than the ones on fruit...

the risk for meat is actually really low when handled correctly, just as when you handle vegetables correctly???

The attractiveness of a physique is subjective I suppose, I do not like competitive pro bodybuilders, but some natural fitness influencers or models do look good imo.

Also, again, a good physique =/= health.

And yeah, my only arguments are parasites and bacteria, CUZ THAT'S THE WHOLE FUCKING POINT OF COOKING FOOD! Also, the one you conveniently ignored about enhanced nutrition absorption and the fact that the only nutrients preserved from not cooking them are B vitamins and vitamin C, which again, no one struggles to get from a normal diet, and which aren't even completely lost through cooking.

You keep conveniently ignoring my important points, will you address them or keep dickriding Goatis?

Also yeah, beauty is subjective, that's exactly why most of the forum prefers a muscular physique, while you seemingly don't, people have different opinions on looks. Some dudes seem to think that the more dimorphic you are, the more attractive you are, I disagree with that notion. Beauty (to some degree) is subjective.

But again none of that fucking matters because that's not the topic of discussion.

Honestly, eat whatever you want, it's not really my problem what you decide to put in your body. But I'm giving a kid actually science-backed advice, which doesn't risk landing him in a hospital and give him a couple nutrient deficiencies.

So what's the bottom lie here? Are you trying to have any meaningful discussion about nutrition or just get into a shouting match so see how can troll and insult the other the hardest?
