Dietary help/advice?

I am an athlete who is relatively new to bp/looksmaxxing. My diet today consisted of 3 bananas (debloat), one potato (debloat), 3 slices of toasted bread (non processed bread) with raw honey and raw feta cheese, 4 litres of water, and thin, long, cut steak with various vegetables and spaghetti (butter was used). I usually eat the same everyday except my dinner changes, is there anything I have to incorporate or change in my diet? I am a 6,0 14 year old btw.

None of these are in order.

Stop with the debloat bullshit. The potassium to sodium ratio is bullshit, only way you can debloat is drink a shit ton of water which you are already doing. Getting that out the way considering that you're 14 and still growing you should be in a caloric surplus so figure out your metabolic rate and be in a 200-400 calorie surplus and eat alot of carbs protein and fibre. Now fibre isn't really a looksmax but it is important as it's the most important thing for gut health

K:Na ratio is bs jfl just spam water, cardio and electolytes. get on a caloric surplus by 200-400 cals and obviously get your macros/micronutrients

Don't listen to these dumb manosphere cucks or whatever fucks pushing raw milk or raw bull testicle. Just try to eat whole foods, avoid spiking your blood glucose levels, get lots of protein and try to limit sugar. You are young, so don't be too hung up on getting things perfect all the time. Go out, have fun with friends, definitely don't smoke and don't drink alcohol. And if you do drink, don't drink heavy. You are literally going to age yourself with each drink. Carbs are good, you're young so you're insulin sensitive, your body needs carbs for igf1, and keto diets tend to raise cortisol levels. It can also lower test levels. Just try to get carbs earlier in the day, get 35% of your calories from fat as this is important for your hormones. If you're going to eat processed carbs and refined carbs, try to eat them post workout as your body is more insulin sensitive then.
