so i decided to anorexiamaxx lightly. so im thinking of doing it 1400-1600 range every other day on and off, day 1 lightly starve, day two eat what i need. rate this and give me yours too if you are doing same.
5 eggs(400)
4 bell peppers(150)
onion and garlic(100?)
peanuts(300-400) ill eat like 50-70 grams
banana(150)
something protein rich for rest of it.
what you think boyos

My diet is around 2000-2200. Enough for my bodyweight, which is 185lbs.

Are you still in puberty? If you are, you don’t want to heavily restrict as it’ll stunt your growth. You also didn’t mention your current bf% which is important

I’d recommend just a 300-500 deficit, eating only clean high satiety foods. You want to lose fat slowly so your muscles don’t waste away. However if you’re finished puberty and desperate to lose weight I’d recommend doing the above, and also doing the occasional 2-3 day water fast

nah im 21 oldcel. not really fat have little muscle too, just trying to get my abs visible without flexing+actually hollow cheeks

Cutting weight. Already have cut enough for cheekbones and abs to show, but I'll cut a bit more. I'm trying to get to 10-12%, could be around 15% now. I'm mostly eating protein and vegetables, so I can preserve muscle, stay healthy and reduce inflammation.
