The look of robustness. Diamond calves, thick girthy athletic neck, thickvascular arms. This all describes a handsome hunky guy. It's not diet that gets this look. It's hard training and good hearty eating. Good foods, abundance, no junk like poptarts and soda. Going on some fatloss journey ends in a scrawny neck that girls find unappealing, loss of vascularity due to an uninspired body. Twink calves, flat weak thighs. Don't diet.
