okay like my posts before, locking back in, and getting back on my diet

usually just do a keto diet

1KG Chicken Wings - 1590Kcal, 191G Protein, 92G Fat - Some Cajun on it too

I’ve used this before and it worked for me tbh, so thinking of just doing it again and spamming supplements to cover nutrient gaps tbh.

or just eat a regular meal and skip supplements, why eat 1kg of the same food

Breakfast

• 40 g rolled oats

• 150 ml skimmed milk

• 1 scoop whey isolate (~30 g)

Dinner

• 1 kg raw skinless chicken wing. (~700 g cooked)

• 3–4 whole egg yolks

• 200–300 g frozen broccoli or mixed veg
