Even if you get lean to 10% bodyfat, chances are it's not enough to get women. You'll just look really skinny while wearing clothes.

You're just so fucked. Hormones are fucked if you're average. At best your face looks better, but no one cares. While you're stuck dieting on high fiber low calorie foods, counting your macros each day, trying to hold onto muscle on your thin frame.

How lean you are is all to do with androgen receptors etc. Chad can eat like shit and still remain rather lean and continue packing on muscle meanwhile an incel will have 0 libido and will be in a sense starving at a low bodyfat and unable to have the hormonal support to build any muscle.

When I am in a "fat burning" state I don't progress for shit and I don't even look much better as ones body starts packing on fat when you are in "starvation" mode.

Its all genes.

I gotta start eating monster mash again. Monster mash=ground beef+white rice+chicken stock. That once or twice a day is how I dropped ten pounds in the fall but I’ve gotten lazy about grilling since it got cold I’ve probably put a few pounds back on

I’m back to old diet and alcohol occasionally cause my face was still shit at low body fat due to truecel bones

Great energy for training, better pumps and vascularity, filling and lowish caloric density, pretty tasty still nutritious bc grass fed beef, easy to prep. When it was warm out I’d grill up a bunch of half pound burgers while the rice cooker was running. Then just bag up each burger with about a cup of rice in a ziploc. When I want to eat I just put in a big bowl, tear up the burger, pour chicken stock on it, mix it up, and microwave for a few minutes. I’d have that once or twice daily

Well, I can relate in one way. Anecdote: once I was a bit fat (currently I'm normal weight but trying to cut to 10% body fat). Not "obese need bariatric surgery" -tier fat, but chubby. I become fat because I was old enough to drink alcohol and I like beer so I drank a lot and eat a lot. Anyway, it was very easy for me to lose weight. Why? I knew that under my fat I have my good-looking face. So chads have the motivation to lose weight.

Basically tbh.

I eat shitty food and drink alcohol to forget about my shitty life. If my life was good it would be very easy to keep a good diet.
