I started with dieting in long cycles with about the end of 15 and I am 17 now at approximately maybe 16% bodyfat. Before that I was maybe at 22-23%.
My question is, if I should just maintain, do sports and eat healthy and a bit much aquivalent to my appetite or if I just could diet more now?
I am 17 thats why I am asking, because I am not sure, if there are maybe some good changes till in the early twenties or till 19-20.
