diff between hydrocortisone and other nose shrinking serums?

I've heard about and used hydrocortisone, but I also saw a post today about betamethasone and saw many others advertising other types of serums. The only difference I see in them is how long they take to work. Is that the only real difference, or is there something I'm missing?

Bump, i been seeing other serums/creams/whatever for nose shrinkage. apparently hydrocortisone has some undesirable sides but i cant remember anymore.

It can spike cort I've heard after I used it consistently for about maybe a monthish, I started to expierence redness/iratation besides that i didnt expiernce any side effects ill prob go back to using it soon or look for a better one idrk
