What's the difference between Chin Wing Osteotomy and Sliding Genioplasty?

So what difference does it make, lookswise? Both of them push your chin forward. Which one is preferred?

if you only need chin projection then just get a genio
if you need mandible height/chin height get a chin wing because it brings your entire mandible down. also it can bring down your gonial angle if you want that
