difference between MT2 spray and injections?

what are the key differences, I know the bioavailability is 50% in sprays.

Injections are usually better than nasal sprays for MT2 because they get absorbed more effectively, it will give you more noticeable tanning results, plus you can control the dosage more accurately.

Yea the bioavailability like you said. Injections are always better but I think sprays are more convenient
