Send a picture of a normal upper maxilla and recessed upper maxilla. I'm not really able to tell the difference

SOmeone with a recessed jaw ALWAYS will have a recessed maxilla. They both move together.

SO why do i have a good jaw and bad upper maxilla
you probably dont have a non recessed jaw (Almost no one nowadays have), craniofacial dystrophy makes the jaw longer but its not the ideal.

most people I see have a good jaw
good jaw is a world full of recessed people. There is optimal growth jaw and non optimally grown jaws.
