Rosemary is shit for eyebrow and eye lash only good for speeding up scalp growth.
Castor oil actually is good tho

all 3 are cope, all 3 have been debunked. rosemary has 1 study but its garbage. if i had to choose one peppermint would be the most valid considering it brings bloodflow to the area but I haven't looked into it myself.
