difference between tall skull and downward growth?

i heard christian bale has downward growth but to me he has a tall skull, if he was downward grown he would have a bad nose and less cheekbone projection...

Downward growth looks a little like the face is melted.
Its usually accompanied by a garbage lower jaw, prey eyes and melted cheekbones

Cause: mouthbreathing/poor oral habits

Tall skull is just a properly developed skull which happens to be tall.
Comes with properly developed forward grown cheekbones, eyes, midface and jaw which all happen to be tall

Cause: Being high T and GH
