Is there any differences in future growth patterns between these 2? I can’t tell if my jaw is either my chin is a kind of recessed but normal height and ramus is kind shortWhen something is underdeveloped, it just means that the tissue did not fully develop into its proper shape because it simply did not grow enough to begin with. , when it is downgrown, this means that it grew to some extent but eventually recessed back into the tissue.
mark as solution bhai
if u have any questions tell me
A few more questions lolEven though you have a recessed chin, you may be able to see some development of the chin bone moving forward without braces or Forsus. The ramus bone in your jaw does not grow much without intervention, and the only option for development would be surgery.
