Differences between Retin-A 0.025% and Retin-A 0.05%? What am I missing out on?

I'm on a Retin-A 0.025% regiment for about eight months now, I think I'm seeing results (anti-aging, skin thickness, skin smoothness,...),

however would I benefit from bumping it up to 0.05%?

What would it give me, that the 0.025% strength won't?

It’s just stronger, and maybe faster progress.

Unlikely. Try adapalene.

You have thick skin? Did you manage to make it thinner with Retin or nah?

Is it better for those purposes? Have you tried it yourself?
Yes I have tried it. It took 3 months to work but it worked like magic. It even reduced wrinkling.
