Different "types" of nasolabial folds?

ive seen that NS folds come in two "variants". One are more concentrated at corners of nose and dont reach mouth, creating "triangular" shadows

(mine). I had them always so its not an aging thing. I think they also nerf my smile a bit. I suspect on stubborn permanent malar fat pads but i think its not bloat as I have zero cheek and submental fat yet have these ones.

the other ones are like "lines" they reach the mouth, are more thin and are almost inexistant in the corners of nose

like this. Its like they are the "inverse" of mine with more smooth nose corners. I know several guys irl with this kind but do not know if they always had it.

Are the two consideted NLF or only one of them is the "real" one? They are too different to be just different grades of NSL.

I think one is a result of weak maxilla. The other is the result of protrusion of mouth.

Both are because of flatter maxilla and skin elasticity i think. The second guy has more flat maxilla
