Has anyone used or had experienced with this exact type of differin

I got it from eBay and I feel like it’s fake idk

It’s like a clear see through gel instead of white like adapalene is meant to be

Should I buy a different one idk and I haven’t rlly noticed much results iv been using it for like a week or two now
