So here are all the steps i took to regain my decently thick hair...
REMINDER : I am only 18 and my hairloss reason wasn't genetics. If you have bald genes this thread isn't for you sorry(Get on fin). So my hairloss reason is skin disease which caused diffuse thinning over the crown area to the hairline at the front..
I still had Nw 0.5 - 1. If you have similar case here are all the steps..
Before that some answers on hair loss from my personal experience
1.Q. Does fapping cause hairloss??
From my prespective and in my case it did mostly because i was gigafapper and fapped 3 times a day for 1.5 years. So due to excess semen loss and dht build up it definitely contributed to the hair thinning. So if you have similar condition try nofap for 90days and start fapping once a week
I did nofap for 1 month and it definitely improved my hair really well. It has quite decently contributed to the hair growth, it took 1 month for me maybe i have good hair genes and here are the other supplements i took.
Also if you are not a gigafapper then nofap won't make any difference in your hair .
Dht sensitivity varies from genes also. So nofap and hair growth varies from person to person...

Now remedies.. (Here are all the remedies I took)
1.Lemon- I applied lemon directly to my scalp for half an hour once in a week. I also drank lemon juice and eat salad with lemon juice sprinkled..
Benefit - lemon helped strengthen my hair and also supplied necessary collagen and vitamin C to hair.
Caution : Don't go out with lemon on hair because it might further lighten your hair if you already have ligth hair...

2.Egg : I applied egg mixed with coconut oil and lemon to hair..
Benefit: Made follicles stronger and improved growth..
I Only tried it once
Foods and supplements :
1.Zinc supplements
2.Vitamin B6 supplements
3.Raisin(improves blood circulation)
4.Orange daily
5.Pineapple juice (Tasty stuff try it)
6.Chicken
7.Egg daily
8.Banana daily (Contains vitamin and potassium for hair growth)
9.Carrot and cucumber with lemon sprinkled
10.Spinach
11.Noni fruit juice ( Tastes really bad and try it at your own risk. I drank it once in 3 weeks)
12.Milk daily..
Other steps.
1.Massage your scalp 30 min every day to improve blood circulation
Oils i used
1.Coconut oil
2.Almond oil
Note : I also use anti - dandruff medicines. Use any medicine with doctors consultation if you have dandruff..
This might not work for everyone,but it should help improve your hair.

So how is my hair now??
It has improved a lot and has become decently thick. Havn't grown it out fully in terms of length but i would definitely make update thread on that..
