I'm also on a longecity stack,
Acarbose, metformin, Fisetin (1-3x a month), Resveratrol, Spermidine, Quercetin + Dasatinib, NMN/NR, CoQ10, ALCAR, PQQ, KPV, GHK-Cu, CJC 1295 no dac and ipa.

Quercetin weekly dosing
various supplements, vitamins, good diet, going out in the sun, 3-5 times a week
sauna every day

So yea is my stack decent? and how much of dihexa should I take
