Looking feminine isn’t inherently a bad thing, You’ve got good bones and good angularity.

Your still young so i’d wait it out and you will eventually “masculinize.” Id put you around hmtn

You already look great man, you don't need anything, just go to the gym

Whenever I try growing facial hair it never looks good so I shave it everyday. And what can I do abt my eyes

Grow darker and thicker brows with topical minoxidil

nothing much u can do about eyes unless you squint, and the thing with facial hair may only look bad since you aren't growing it extensively, during a summer break or something, or any time you dont talk/go outside a lot, try letting your facial hair grow a lot and check how it looks in the end
