50-100 mg is trt you wont get shit from it. You just pin 500 mg first week, maybe 250 mg, sustanon is one of the best blends of test (fast/long). How much often a week is a weird question, if you pin prop you do this really fucking often, if you pin enanthate then once every 5 days. Sust is similar but it contains different long fast act test so you dont have to worry as much
Anavar is for cutting, it heavily depends if you want to cut or bulk. Bulking on anavar is retarded same as cutting on dbol. Dbol = bulk anavar = cut. If you don't want to go to the gym and just rot then dont do dbol you will get bloated

DHT will be elevated as fuck so no you dont need something apart from sustanon and some aromastase inhibitor a bit (like arimidex) after cycle you do serm such as clomid to recover test production
