I feel like it gives nice appeal to the smile

I got dimples from free after hitting the side of a wooden bed while full sprint, basically created a clot which now represents a dimple

hurt like fucking shit and caused me to not smile for years but it slowly recovered n formed smthing resembling a dimple, got very lucky with where I got hurt and it’s supposed to fix itself in a few months but it’s been years so it’s permanent unless I do surgery

2 on cheeks ( one isn't very visible but the one on right is )
2 on chin ( left one is more visible)

I have absolutely 0 clue, I am very reserved but I don’t suffer from depression or anything

it’s js that in any photo where I feel like I’m genuinely smiling, I’m js straight faced for sm reason 0 clue why either, because to me it feels like I’m genuinely doing a full smile but in all the photos I look like I barely lifted up my lips

I honestly believe I just find it very awkward to smile in front of others

I could smile properly n show my dimples in a solo pic but I think my mind js subconsciously makes me do it in scenarios where I have to fake it

Okay yes so it’s more psychological maybe you’re insecure about your smile.
Look into veners and such if your occlusion and alignment is already good

I have actually have a pretty nice smile and moderately good teeth alignment, I suppose my nose to mouth width ratio is a a bit small but a smile makes it look almost perfect so dk, I do have social anxiety so prolly it

haha i already have one, and i'd like to see a result on a caucasoid first
