Dips?? Bs or not

Dips target ur whole chest but primarily ur lower chest which is unaesthetic. Should I include dips in my program as I feel my upper chest a lot when I am hitting dips?

@Orc and @forevergymcelling thoughts?
 
lower chest is actually incredibly aesthetic and overdeveloped lower chest isnt real. dips + pull ups followed by barbell row and barbell shoulder press will build the best physique

Barbell rows are literal dogshit tbh
 
Put them in your program for triceps
