Disabling comments and likes on instagram

I get a decent amount of likes but only a few comments on every posts should i just disable comments and like counter too?
I want to completely control narrative of my IG like apple does on its youtube disabling comments

Yeah if you disable comments, its cuz you already know you get zero comments and/or are too scared of getting hate comments.
