Currently 17 and i dont think i have a decent jaw everytime i open my mouth my jaw bones just disappear but when i dont it looks decent at least ,is it because im boneless and its just my masseter clenched ?
If anyone knows the reason or a fix that would be great.

yes. your masseters aren't big enough. I have a similar problem where my lower third doesn't look wide enough from the front unless I make sure that I am biting down/clenching. This issue has slightly improved after chewing gum for a few months now.

You mean this? Losing jaw definition when you open your mouth wide is normal to some extent, you're pushing your jaw into your neck, so the soft tissues there cover part of the bone, in practice it's irrelevant.

Some people however don't suffer too much from this because they have very robust mandibular gonials/angle and they're lean. If you don't have a strong mandibular angle and aren't sub 12% bf (because of increased submental fat). then that's very likely to happen.

It can be easily implied off my comment but just in case, the solution for your "issue", is just getting leaner, getting a neck lift or jaw angle implants, maybe all of them together.

are you clenching when you close your mouth?
thats the only thing that I can think of at the moment
Maybe slightly clenching but can it really make that much of a difference in width?

It would likely completely solve that issue. 25-30% bf is pretty high (in terms of beauty standards), you definitely have a good amount of submental and neck fat, which completely screens your bone structure and masseter muscle when you open your mouth and your jaw is pushed back.

"Is it because I'm boneless" you can't really answer this question until you get lean enough to truly tell. But your bone's structure is likely fine, at least it's probably average, you just need to cut down body fat.
