Discipline for dieting

I'm 17 yo rn, and i just had bimax surgery. I'm pretty disciplined in many regards, but when it comes to diet i'm a weak piece of shit.
I can't eat clean and i can't stick to the cut (i'm around 18% bf rn).
Any ideas or did anyone struggle with dieting too?

Dont buy junk food so you dont have those urges when it omes home. Fill yourself with water and stimulants.

diet coke ice cream for bears (not low in calories but a great alternative to normal ice cream if you need it bad) monk fruit/stevia sweetened items and chocolate rice cakes and lots of water and if you want to feel like your drinking something sweet just do water and a flavored electrolyte but just not a badly made one santa cruz sells really good ones
