Discoloration around nose area

Does anyone know how to fix the discoloration around my nose area ? I understand the recessed infrared and such are probably unfixable but there’s still different shades . please help

No he means the nose is lighter than the rest of his skin

Yeah i forgot to mention that too but yeah that part , the two sides of nose bridges and mainly tip of my nose

For the dark spot I think azelaic acid would be good but the light nose I’m not sure
