If it is not any significat recession or big failo I would recommend you to ignore it.

Why I say so? Just look at clavicular, this guy got rhinoplasty and looks so different and worse just because he saw it as a "failo" and he tried to scratch some points by "fixing" it, so what were wrong here? The search for perfection.

His nose was fine but because of his obsession with muh PSL he looks different and unrecognizable which is an important thing to link desires or feelings to someone.

For example if someone like Alain Delon was in this forum guys would tell him to get a rhinoplasty or fat grafting for his undereyes.

Maybe he would look better if he did it, Im not doubting that but it is not worth the risk at some point. As I said if it is not a big recession or significant facial failo it is not worth the risk to get it done.

Unless something like otoplasty which is a good surgery for some people.

Like for me personally I have a wide alar base and big nose.

These are failos. My nose makes me look ethnic (in combination with my other features), and it makes my mouth look narrow.

My narrow mouth makes me look like a cherub, and makes me look retarded. I could say it lowers my dimorphism overall.

I think that's why I should get a rhino.
