"create" an excuse, go to a psychiatrist, and ask if you think its okay "everyone has call you autistic your whole life"
spew some BS about how life is unfair and I always think differently from everyone else, talk about how your grades or friendship has never been adequate, she(the psychiatrist should be a woman) will feel good that you opened up to HER, and she'll be more likely to give you a diagnosis
