"tensioner" but its not supposed to be only 15 minutes because it doesnt cause that much strain, you can wear it all day.

15 minutes a day isnt really gonna be sufficient to make any serious gains though so you need more time anyway. If you have relly baggy sweats you could fit an extender under there but the only small PE device would be Clamps

i am not a PE professional but you cant grow only with tensioner.

You actually have to put work for growth. Either hanging or manual stretching or an extender.

im mostly girthlet and EQlet my lenght is decent, i can start with the clamps only then cope with manuals for a while

an all day stretcher it is then but its hard to be consitent with these since you always have to take them off and on when you have to piss
