discrepancy in facial ratings

Why is there a very large discrepancy in my facial rating in Face IQ? i know my maxilla is recessed and i guess my mandible but there is a very large gap in its ratings al the way from 3 to 6, with some 5's. Why is this the case and what would my rating be in total, side, and front.
