What are your thoughts on it? I feel like my skin gets better if I sleep and wake up early (9-5) but I'm the last month Ive fucked up my inner clock.

Sleep is important. I wake up 5am every morning. And when slept 8-9 my eyes have the perfect fat distribution during the whole day. No need for squinting

I use concealer to cover up the most severe circles when I go in for work, but that's about it

8 hour minimum. Make sleep a priority
