I have some pretty neat ideas on how to looksmatch my LTR. Disclaimer, this wont work unless youre below HTN, 5'11, or JBF. Foids will always be foids. (Yes i know im a 5'7 hmtn but i wont explain the transactional circumstances which makes me hopeful for a LTR, regardless, that doesnt matter for YOU.


# Tittymaxxing
Hypoxia, lack of bloodflow makes breast tissue grow slower and to a way lesser extent than expected while still in range for genetics. Genetic stability determines how much "fight back" you can have to your genetics, while it also determines symmetry to a big extent, tit for tat.

i.e, a ballerina ties her boobs all the time for them to not grow, while being in a caloric deficit. Cell death in breast tissue is imminent. I know it sounds like broscience but i can first hand verify this, so the opposite is true, less time in bras, in a caloric surplus will get them to around their potential. While the women's menstrual cycle is regulated tightly like all hormonal reactions, since it relies on so many different hormones unlike man's cycle (24 day, androgen-based), woman's natural rythm makes it so that she is sensible to changes, which is why on recent years women have started to have their period at a lower and lower age. The correlation of "health" and "health indicators" in this context, (fertility indicators) might actually be downright negative since most women that have large tits simply are lucky and will sag as time goes on (natural wear down/incredibly bad diet). But below ill explain strategies i've experimented with to make my friend's titties larger, or that she herself has investigated. We'll start from non-cope to largely cope to completely cope but might work.

## Non-cope
Fat grafts.

Spironolactone, precisely because of its anti androgen properties, works best paired with a caloric surplus (as always) and a minimal amount of physical activity. Most women aren't made to sustain large consistent periods of physical activity due to the way their cycles and energy consumption is programmed, and while i won't speak about optimal ways to keep that bitch in the gym, i will speak of the effects of this 3 way combo.

Spironolactone works as a systemic anti androgen, used in many different conditions, just know that gynocomastia and breast growth in women come from LACK of exposure to androgens, not exposure to estradiol or feminizing hormones like progesterone or estrone by themselves, the strongest signal for INHIBITING the growth of breast tissue is androgens in moderate amounts, which on a modern woman is quite common if she is not being supplemented by phytoestrogens ( broscience, no literature if its feminizing but i think its pretty obvious it does work that way) or a healthy, energy efficient diet. The modern diet is obviously bad but it has come with the benefit of CALORIES and sugar, things that were scarce before. Hence fertility indicators (and its downsides like cellulite) are more prevalent nowadays. The combination of these three is pretty much guaranteed to at least induce some level fo breast tenderness, or permanent cup changes without too much band size changes.

Second non cope method is pregnancy. If your woman is truly beautiful and healthy pregnancy will be somewhat a looksmax for her, in fertility indicators only, being traded in place of some health indicators like stretchmarks, or other modern issues like high cortisol skin deterioration due to the new child being only taken care of by 1-2 people, which didnt use to be the case until recently but whatever.

Third non cope experimental method i haven't heard anyone talk about is igf-1 des injections

# Ass, lower body, and muscle for women

This shit is the simplest thing in the entire mf world but whatever.

Hip structure is entirely determined by genetics, however, women being women are most likely desirable just by virtue of having a big fat ass, but not to the same level of a woman with narrow hips and no ass. Hip structure from the front determines most first impressions and expectations of lower body fertility indicators, but a huge ass by itself also counters this, tldr; unless the hip genetics are completely unsavable you will most likely enjoy your woman's body structure.

IF she follows the instructions.
WHich are basic bulk indications, women carry and need to carry more fat around the body and excluding the face/neck area, so its a lean bulk with lower body focus (as always) and worst case scenario would need some hyoid and cheek aqualyx (if it gets excessive). To prevent the insulin resistance from the primitive female brain's inability to control its own impulses, more muscle is needed and will benefit. Women in general benefit from higher volumes so do high intensity, with low RIR (2-1) and basically only ever go to failure on unilateral/isolation exercises. Dont be afraid of lunges as they will be your best friends since the capacity for high volume will make your bitch thighs xplode with size if she is sleeping and eating enough. On top of sheer mechanical tension from compounds . I recommend a simple routine like:
2x BB heel elevated squats to full depth with adequate form, 6-10 with 2-1 RIR
3x RDLS 6-10 1-0 RIR (do be careful with form since any injury will hurt ass progress), RIR is mostly used to prevent injuries
2X Hip thrusts 4-8 To failure , sinlge leg variation preferred
If you like the big thigh look (which i do because i obviously love muscular women because i am simply higher test than you)
2x Sissy squats progression level depending on the girl, if too weak start with supported ones, then free ones, then smith machine ones and from thereon progress with weight. 4-10 rir 1-2 Since its injury prone movement, Causes IMMENSE growth for the thighs.
1x Lunges 15-20 to failure
2x Bulgarian split squats 5-10
3x Adductor to failure 6-10
2x Abductor to failure 8-12

And stretching her so that she doesnt become immobile or gets injured since that hurts progress. And walking some cardio and shit. Sprints also work perfectly for this so if u can add em do so.

Within months with enough nutrition rest and shit your bitch should have significant gains if you program her shit (its an example day for a hardcore tomboy so do tone it down for more feminine girls). Imma pin some igf-1DES on mine so that her ass gets so big she can crush me with it.

Consistency is key so do be sure to maybe make her take some CNS stims or stim-like's to battle the period pain downsides to avoid inconsistency, along with pain medications AND a lot of stretching + per session cardio so that this bitch doesn't get fat. Will also develop some man-brain-like consistency and brain-patterns which will make your life a whole lot easier including brain benefits for mood and stuff. Dont be fooled though they will always be ruled by emotion alone.

Do take in mind abdominal training with wheel and planks is more than enough along with bracing from squats to get your bitch to powerlifter level thighs without the abs being a big uhh problem since she doesnt have to cut weight.
