If thats your pic, you do have midface deficiency.

I would look into a bimax (high cut lefort 1) + custom infraorbital malar implants. This imo simulates a lefort 3

No one is going to give you a legit lefort 3.

Can actually see this working for you very well.

He actually found a surgeon willing to do lefort 3 for him, he even made a thread about it a few days ago. also im quite sure lefort 3 will give him better results than a lefort 1 with implants. Probably health benefits as well.
