DISCUSSION. Can we STILL get UV light when sunbathing outside during heavy clouds blocking the sun vast majority of the time? Or NO? Clouds are white

dnr and tldr: should we sunbathe during overcast at midday, or sunbathe during no clouds during mornings / early evenings??? For UV!!!!

I need to do sunlight therapy of Jack Kruse, because it is probably the biggest source of all my problems in health, hormones, and premature ageing, because I never got any sunlight in my life.

In my life, I was outside for around 10 hours total, while consuming blue light which robs you of melatonin 17 hours everyday, my problem must be deficiency of sunlight.

The goal of sunlight therapy is UV, which is ultra violent radiation, purple light. We get it the most during midday, which is also the time of highest intensity of sun in general.

In Russland, majority of summer, and majority of spring and autum, has clouds overcasting the sun, at least during midday.

My biggest question is. Will it penetrate through the clouds, during midday at my high latitude (Russland)?

Or should I not waste my time, because of receiving nothing during clouds, and go outside only during time of no clouds, and focusing on mornings / early evenings, with inferior UV but oftentimes no clouds unlike the midday (which is a very frequent occurence).

I feel lack of warmth when the clouds overcast the sun. But I do not know whether the radiation itself still penetrates through the cloud (which physically is a cluster of water droplets), allowing me to receive it.

Here are my observations from experience.

I tried to sunbathe today, clouds covered sun for entire time, like 90 percent of the time, and after 3 hours of laying sunbathing during midday, I did not get a sunburn nor tanning.

Previously, I sunbathed for 3 hours during no clouds at midday, and got a severe sunburn that made me red like a demon and hurted for a day.

My hope is this. Maybe I could find something by researching how trees grow and use sunlight during clouds or some thing like that.

I will appreciate you sharing any knowledge.

Oh, no.
If radiation is stopped by clouds, then we should sunbathe for like 4 hours during morning / evening, because middays are cloudy and unavailable, to get enough UV.

Thanks for idea, I added tldr.

Yes, we are all pale. Jack Kruse says it is so because we get internal UV generation inside of the cells of the organs, through cold exposure, because our anscestors neglected the sunbathing (involuntarily during winter, and voluntarily during spring and autumn), and so we adapted to get UV in that other mechanism of cold exposure, by tanning the insides.

That is the story for us to use during winters, not now. Now is summer. We should capitalize on sunlight in summer, and consider whether clouds which are droplets of water, are blocking UV or not.

im gonna need a tldr for this shit

We must use our Pale Gods' POWER during winter. Now, at summer, we must capitalize on the SUN god, and whether the cloud fucks (and Jews who invoke them) are insulting our god successfully or not.

my reasoning is that you're wrong and retarded
It sounds like you are just another overconfident idiot? Just because clouds stop warmth from the sun, doesn't necessarily mean it stops radiation.

want to be less pale? go on vacation

Guys, ignore the retard, let's discuss, it's an important topic, we must do sunbathing daily, even if the wheather app shows long overcasting clouds, we just need to consider whether to do it during overasting midday or no clouds mornings.

I will make an experiment, and sunbathe during clouds and see if it has effect by the tan.
