I don’t know his theory I think he thinks testosterone has a link to the production of growth hormones,might be true but not proven 100%.

I use androgens for facial development and to keep insulin within a safe range while dirty bulking.

I have two obese friends whose parents are the same height. And they are both giants, 1.90 and 2 meters tall

Growth hormone is valid, but the combination of Growth hormone and insulin is more valid. If u dont eat 3.5k-4k kcal minimum there are no sense of 8iu hgh

If you are going to use insulin, I recommend taking rHGrowth Hormone.
For someone who doesn't take insulin, GHRPs will enough

The main purpose of taking insulin is not Igf
to transport nutrients to the cells with less fat gains

Androgens cause it through indirect effects
Would the increase protein synthesis and collagen
