Disformed hip causing asymmetry, ist es over fur mich?

When I was like 11 I got a full body x ray cause they thought I broke my collarbone or something and the doctor saw that my right hip bone was too big so the joint is like wiggling in the socket setting my whole centre of balance haywire.
Explained a lot because my whole walk has a tilt to the right and I’m like double jointed there.
Would this cause my asymmetry in my face and if it did is it totally over
