- I once read a long article about a whole NBA team who hired some escorts to have sex parties with. Literally all of the comments from the women on there were swooning and saying some variation of "let boys be boys!"
- In between films, Leo DiCaprio used to spend long vacations on yachts, with his beer belly out, surrounded by "models"...who were clearly being paid, or at least there for the clout. Literally no one in the world cared.
- Multiple celebrities like Charlie Sheen, Wayne Rooney, Bill Maher, Steve O (the list is honestly huge) have openly admitted to seeing sex-workers...most of these guys still have a strong female following.
So my point is:
When a person expresses disgust at men who see sex workers, it's most likely not because of any real moral disagreement they have with sex work, it's often that the man is not of a high enough social status to get a pass for such behaviour. Basically, if a man could get a sex worker without paying...suddenly the prudes are fine with it
Men should not be shamed for seeing sex work and it should be normalised.
