Disgusted by ugliness

I was eating at the restaurant and my cousin was sitting perpendicularly , i saw her side profile and instantly wanted to throw up. Its some weird thing that happen to me sometimes when someone pisses me off or when i get disgusted i get really stressed instantly, get itchy and i throw up. I also got trigger words that put me in an intense stress state.
