This thread will go over my personal strategies to maximize sleep and prevent the Jews from cucking one of the most important pillars of life.
SLEEP SCHEDULE
Ideally you’ll be getting around 8-10 hours of sleep every night. If you’re a teenager 9 hours minimum.
Unfortunately the Jews made tons of distractions that prevent us from achieving this milestone like radiowaves, screens and monitors, and food distractions.
Before you go to sleep, atleast spend 30 minutes off of any electronic devices. Ideally read a book or just do something to pass time.
Do your bathroom routine before and make sure to turn off electronics.
Ideally bedtime should be around 9-11, but it can vary for person.
FOODS TO AVOID FOR BETTER SLEEP
Avoid any sugary shit before sleeping and avoid eating at all tbh. Jews want you to eat up and stay up.
Water is fine.
SUPPLEMENTS FOR BETTER SLEEP
One supplement many should have is Melatonin. If you struggle to fall asleep, this supplement can help make you get into the cycle.
Another supplement is magnesium. It can help with your metabolic system while you sleep.
Also I’ve heard and can relate from experience HGH related drugs can help with sleep apparently.
Phenibut also works well but make sure not to get addicted.
TLDR:
No screens before bed.
Don’t eat anything 2 hours before bed
Consider taking melatonin and hgh related drugs + magnesium
Get a proper schedule in place.
