Ive been constantly told by psychiatrist that my speech is disorganized. Whats that?

For me its produced after taking antipsychotics.

Before that everything was fine(only had adhd,no memory issues,didnt had disorganised speech,could concentrate easily,legit I was fine)

Now i suffer from vocabulary loss,depression,amnesia,memory loss,difficulty planning,concentrating,etc

How tf is this mental retardation, I scored high average in iq bro

Has to be these antipsychotics as I feel mentally retarded since having taking them idk I should have no other issues normally

Wtf should I do, as I have no schizophrenia only manic symptoms

Not yet will defenetely do it, I havent see him yet.
Apppointment is next tuesday.
Its weird bro, last year I still was smart now I cant form a train of thought neither a simple conversation, my vocabulary goes down by each day,etc

Man, fuck those antipsychotics. Tell him your side effects and if he's good he will get you different medication.

Idk might be also because of oher issues: as nasal polyps,potentially having sleep apnea,etc
Which leads to sleep problems
