Title says it all
1: "Nobody's life is perfect, we all have problems" - This is a useless obvious statement. Just because other people also have problems doesn't make your
own problems mean anything less, and we have to remember why, how, where and when those problems appeared is very important.
2: "You don't have to aim for perfection, being a perfectionist is wrong" - This is wrong because it assumes being a perfectionist is the same as crying
when things don't go perfectly. As long as you only aim for perfection and don't cry when it doesn't happen its good.
3: "Everything happens for a reason / destiny" - This doesn't add or take away any meaning from events
4: “Stop overthinking” - Overthinking isn't something you choose to do. Its like telling a disabled person to just move
5: "Just set boundaries, tell people what you actually think/ walk away" - this assumes you are a cold hearted millionaire who is able to simply walk away from anyone
and anything
6: "Face your fears" - this only works for classic childish phobias and is often very hard to do without risk
7: "Discipline" - if it was so easy you would already be disciplined
8: "Just focus on what you can control" - life is often very unfair and this kind of advice is useless
