Nobody ever seems to tell women this, but when a man kills a woman, it does not make him a "misogynist."

Hating individual women is not misogyny.

There are more men killed by men than there are women killed by men. If murder means you hate the person for their sex, that means that misandry is more dangerous, since men killing other men must be because of their hatred of men.

The fact that women assume that all hatred of them is because they're a woman demonstrates that they must think they deserve to be hated for being women.

If we’re being objective, more people have been killed from misogyny than from misandry

Because men are stronger than women. If women were in charge we would all die in a concentration camps

Androcide is more common than femicide....

Read the OP again

Most men who kill other men do not kill them solely because they’re men, unlike misogynistic mass-killers who specifically targeted women.

I’ve never heard of a man killing another man for being a man.

Eh actually after doing research androcide is more common but mainly in war settings, which wasn’t something i was focused on

The fact that these killings aren't explicitly labeled "anti-male hate crimes" doesn't mean androcide isn't a factor. Many of these deaths occur because societal expectations push men into aggressive roles where violence becomes a solution to conflicts. It's not about being targeted for being male per se-it's about how masculinity shapes their interactions and choices.

Your example of not hearing about a man killing another man "for being a man" is true but also misleading. Men kill each other over perceived slights to honor, territorial disputes, or dominance hierarchies-all deeply tied to masculine ideals of strength and status. So while the motivation might not be pure misandry like in misogynistic attacks, gendered socialization still plays a critical role in these violent outcomes.
