Disregard my ugly face, but does it look like one side is less fat than the other side/atrophying?

I’m afraid I’m developing parry-romberg syndrome or some shit. My left eye droops and the left side of my face feels weaker as well. Does it look like it’s slimmer than the right side of my face or atrophying?
