i zone out alot/short term memory loss(prob from substance abuse tho)
sometimes i have moments of ego loss, where i dont feel like myself or my voice and body(but i think thats from being somewhat body dysmorphic)

everything, all my emotions and feelings feel like a dream, of being real

I have quite a lot of experience with anxiety induced dpdr which sounds like what you're referring to. If you want any help shoot me a pm. I have 7 yoe with this and I have spent the past 4 years researching.

im pretty clean off any drugs rn except alc
past mental health history is anxiety and childhood depression/suicide ideation plus some other shit that never got checked out but idk what else i could have gotten mayb i need to see a professional

Once I had this highly Concious state and it felt magical, I was feeling alive normal and present, just in this body in this realm, it lasted 6 or 7 seconds and was surreal, I’m dissociated from life idk why, I’m a schizo or something
