I will probably be getting distraction osteogenesis on my mandible to widen and advance it. Then I'll also get a lefort 1 to fix my fucked maxilla.
I'll also get a side wing to fix my trash tier jaw angles that got fucked by a previous chin wing.
Shit's hopefully gonna ascend me can't stand it to rot during my prime

I've just seen Dr Triaca earlier this week and he took me as one of his patients.

He btw told me that distraction osteogenesis delivered some ground breaking long term results and academics all over the world have been picking it up during the last weeks/months and that this is likely going to be a standard procedure and substitute for BSSO
