Ive been using 50mg eplerenone and 25mg hctz daily with no issues also confirmed by blood test. Its actually better to use them both because they balance each other out and you get better debloat obviously.

My sodium levels at 141 mmol/L and potassium at 4 mmol/L
ill try 12.5mg hctz daily and up it to 25 if I feel fine

Have u tried just eplerenone before or did u use both from the start?
if u have tried them individually how much of a difference did HCTZ make

Yes i used only 50mg eple and it helped a little bit but not a huge difference, when i added 25mg hctz it made a more noticeable difference but still nothing too crazy its not that strong diuretic. Now i just dont bloat anymore

How did you get your hands on eplerenone? I know its only perscription but what do you use to cop it. Also might be a dumb question but why are you specifically pairing it with 25mg hctz.

I'm on 50mg epleronone daily as a natty. I mean it helps me not get extremely bloated but still the morning bloat is so annoying. Might try this for a week and see if it impacts lifts in the gym etc

Daily od do 12.5mg hctz and 5 amiloride

On occasions you could take lasix or bump up the hct to 25
