Diuretics dosages

I was thinking of doing hctz , can anyone tell me a adequate dosages (I was think of 12,5mg ED)
Does anyone know other diuretics that are better ?

hctz is calm, eplerenone if ur on hgh, furosemide also works insanely well but rapes ur eye area and imo it's not worth so js stick to eplerenone or hctz

Most of the time you don´t actually need diuretics to debloat. Overkill if youre not below 10-8% bodyfat and rapes homeostasis once you stop.
That being said, hctz is okay and your dosage is valid

did 50 mg while I was on 6iu worked fine, also tried furosemide but it made me feel dogshit afterwards and pale asf unlike ep
