Ik ik take furosemide or high inhib, but is there anything milder that works for occasional use or do they work accumulatively?

Why would you want anything milder? If you do I’m pretty sure dandilion root extract is the best over the counter one.

Just use eplerenone daily and for stronger debloat you can use hctz + amiloride. For the strongest use furo but very sparingly as it will fuck your kidneys up

I want something occasional for big events thats isnt as strong and bad for the kidneys as furosemide.
