Are the side effects of diuretics worth it?

Was it worth it?

Sorry for the late response but I think it does debloat me a little bit but idk theres like 100 other things I do for debloat so idk. I take these pills called water pills every meal.

dandelion root, good there are more extreme ones but i took it the morning i went to the pool and i def looked better, i was also just drinking a lot of water and didnt eat that day
